This is a morning event (e.g. starts early - see below for times).

Since launching in the capital at the end of February, Sunday mornings at Turnmills have fast become Veryveryverywrongindeed. Tim Sheridan’s brand new creation has already stamped its mark on the after hours scene, attracting a colourful mix of club freaks, muscle Mary’s, Italian stallions, Ring masters and TV heads to its dancing door. Intent on bringing some Ibiza flavoured Balearic Darkness to murky ol’ London, there’s a whole lot of wrongness going on over in EC1 right now, with more naughtiness on the way as the word gets out.

Musically its bang on the money. Depending on your mood (and state of mind!) it’s a toss up between the underground filth of T2 (downstairs), or the disco-pop choons of the chill out lounge upstairs. It’s Saturday night line-ups for a Sunday morning crowd and Sergeant Sheridan and his gang of residents on rotation (plus special surprise guests) have certainly shown their musical intent so far. Whether it’s a case of heads down, eyes up front downstairs or some rather silly star-jumping upstairs, there’s something for everyone, and that’s without mentioning the ice poles, free goodies or break-dancing security. Oh I just did. Bugger.

Everyone is welcome and are all encouraged. If it’s weird and it’s wonderful, then it’s veryveryverywrongindeed. God help us all. Sunday mornings will never be the same.
