Happy New Year to fans across London of tough house and electro. The boys from Prehab rock it once more as they kick the arse out of January-itis.

Whilst clubland sleeps, The Gallery opens its door for the sort of dancefloor merriment that has made this special EC1 club one of the world’s most established Friday night parties for well over a decade. Ok, so it might only be Friday 5th January – and a little early for some – but as far as the diehard punters are concerned this night can’t come soon enough, after (probably) a week from hell following the NYE mash-up! As is the tradition for the first Gallery event of the New Year – it’s a FREE MEMBERS PARTY, which means a cheap as chips night out for our loyal servants and reduced entry for those non-members (see below for Membership info). The line-up meanwhile remains as big and fresh as ever…

2007 could very well be the year when trance – in its purist, driving best, becomes a major force once again. One of the reasons for this is the vast amount of incredible new DJ/Producers that are breaking through – such as Gallery resident Sander Van Doorn and NYE headliners Above & Beyond. This week’s line-up therefore offers an insight into the future of trance with some of the UK’s hottest scenesters taking to the decks. The man tipped to follow Eddie Halliwell to the top – Adam Sheridan (also from the Goodgreef DJ camp) headlines, alongside Galaxy FM radio hosts Riley & Durrant. The Gallery’s resident heroes John Askew and Gavyn Mytchel will also be entertaining the masses together with former Radio 1 Resident Jon O’Bir (Godskitchen), who’ll be darting down the M1 for more of the same!

The Gallery also embraces the sound of the future over in T2, where Curfew Time hosts King Unique take the beats (and bleeps) down an altogether more underground house route. Curfew Time has nicely filled the boots left by Nic Fanciulli’s Fandango session and the monthly night has witnessed some spectacular nights in 2006. 2007 begins with a bang as the two Robert’s play a jaw-dropping 4 Hour Set, backed up by the hotly-tipped James Talk. Zonks! Completing the bill will be party people, Prehab who kick off the New Year in style with their own hedonistic take on proceedings. Special guest K.A.R.L joins resident Dave Irvine in T3, with extra support from David Murtagh, Matt Kaycee, Rory McCart and a Dex n FX set from rising star Ben Gomori.

To become a Gallery Member in time for the party, please email tom@turnmills.co.uk or call 020 7250 3409.
