Priding itself on delivering the best weekly parties in London – 52 times a year – The Gallery presents another essential night of all things house, trance and techno this Friday 16th March featuring two of Europe’s biggest names. Step forward Marco V and Mauro Picotto. Marco V is one of The Gallery’s all-time greats and over the years we’ve watched him grow in size and stature, to the point where now he’s a fully paid up member of the big boys league! Still highly ranked in the DJ Mag Top 20, Marco’s ‘In Charge’ brand brought him global recognition – including at The Gallery, the only club he plays for in London. Bless. Last year Marco also wrote himself in The Gallery history books by being the first jock to have ever dj’d 3 sets in 3 different rooms on one night – including a DVDJ set in the main room hidden behind huge visual screens. Go on my son!! Joining Marco will be fellow ‘superstar’ Mauro Picotto. Well known for his former Lizardman moniker and his speed boat (!), Mauro is simply huge. His Meganite club is one of the Ibiza’s biggest parties and his love for techno is shared by his legions of fans all over the world. Rather than throwing a Meganite party like normal at Gallery HQ, instead this week Mauro rolls into town to promote his brand new album – ‘Now and Then’, which he’s launching on the night (so look out for exclusive giveaways and competitions!) Keeping the trance kids happy will be Matt Hardwick and Gareth Emery (GTR), backed up by Gallery golden boy Gavyn Mytchel, with Maria McHugh on warm up duties.

In T2, get ready for more ‘Adventures in International House Music’ as the monthly Going Places crew pay a visit to Budapest and the delights of Belocca & Soneec – Hungary’s hottest production team. Signed to Roger Sanchez’s acclaimed Stealth Records and UK-based label Seamless Black, Belocca & Soneec will be making their UK debut on the night. It looks like the Going Places gang have unearthed another European gem with these guys, so make sure you check ‘em out on the night. Resident spinner Tania von Pear makes his monthly appearance to keep the faithful crowd jumping, with support from Steve Mahoney - the man behind the legendary Ping Pong Pussy club night and now resident/promoter at Gifted in Reading. Sean K has the honour of warming the floor. Happy days.
