What a tune. What a night. What a club!!

I just wish I had held record down for a minute or two longer!

Hey guys, I can confirm that the last record was New Order - Blue Monday. I was very honoured to have been allowed to play the last few records on Monday afternoon, I think i turned the music off at about 1.45pm - trust me i didn’t want to and i could have kept on playing for hours more but it had to end sometime.

I spent many many years as turnmills resident and like i said it was a real honour to play the last few records and i hope everyone enjoyed it as much as i did!

is there any way of downloading the videos on here? I need to save these memories!

The current version of Real Player (much as I used to hate it) now does this better than pretty much any other tool/program/website/addon I've used. If you have an old version, get the new one and it's a piece of piss. Real Player also plays flv files directly now too.

Danny ramplings set was one of the best things i have ever been part of... before that i didn't even think i remotely liked danny rampling - but on sunday i realised why he is considered to be a legend.....the final tune was 'Let It Be' by the Beatles and everyone was lying or sitting down on the floor in rows holding hands singing and many people were crying. It was unbelievable....i will never forget it.

Sad to see this place go. I have posted a nice article/pictures about The Gallery from Muzik magazine 1998 at history-is-made-at-night.blogspot.com

This track was definitely the highlight of the night for me. I was standing on top of the stairs watching the crowd and the lasers and couldn't believe this was the LAST time and that's when i shed tears! So emotional. Long live Turnmills.
