Welcome to the official DSI Soulfunk group... What have you been up to this month?

This month I have been busy pushing the launch of Reelgroove weekly sessions @ Helsinki, Leicester (Which we welcome you to in January!). Also been finalising the next few releases... They won't be dropping until Maimi (March /April) but just getting the remixes on those commisioned out.

Both releases on your Reelgroove label have gained praise & full support from major DJ's & producers (Richard Earnshaw, Kid Massive & central Avenue to name a few), whats coming up next on Reelgroove 03?

The third release is on promo now exclusively at Traxsource.com (http://www.traxsource.com/index.php?act=show&fc=tpage&cr=titles&cv=6139)
The full release will be in February 2007, and part 2 of the remixes will be available on Promo end of January 2007.

Which DJ / producer are you most inspired by and why?

So so many inspirations... I listen to such a wide variety of music, and almost the full spectrum of house so have been touched and influenced by so many people. People really doing it for me at present as DJ's are James Zabiela and Martin Solvieg, also DJ EZ. I may not like EZ's music much anymore, or Zabiela's but they are pushing the art forward, trying tricks, to be different and just raise the bar in terms of technicallity for DJ's. Really feeling the stuff Alix Alvarez is playing and making, also along with Spen as well... as guarenteed an amazing selection. Recently, in terms or what they've done for the scene, and a superb DJ as well is Simon Dunmore (Defected). I could talk all day on this... but I'll stop there before I go on, and on, and on, and on...

With 2007 just around the corner, where will you be playing & what are you looking forward to the most?

In 2007 I'll be everywhere! My first goal is to build Reelgroove @ Helsinki into a midlands mecca! I will also be pushing reelgroove worldwide even more than in 2006. I'll return to Asia at some point, have various tours already scheduled in for europe, and looking to get down to South America during 2007 as well. Really looking forward to 2007.
