Whether it be his beginnings in the 80’s with Utah Saints, chart success with his band Dope Smugglaz and a residency at London uber club Home in the 90’s to redefining the music policy at Manumission, introducing Electro to Ibiza or creating the idealistic ultra concept NASTYDIRTYSEXMUSIC with partner Smokin Jo, Tim Sheridan has always been heavily involved in the music industry and has become one of the most respected figures on the scene, having played at pretty much every major club in the world. Trust us when we say you don’t want to miss this guy!
More recent adventures saw Tim, whose name is synonymous with Ibiza and Wrongness, embark on yet another ground breaking idea, to make the ultimate London afterhours VERYVERYVERYWRONGINDEED, which has extended to feature in Ibiza and across the UK as one of the hottest dance brands encompassing Minimal, Tech and Techno and featuring some simply awesome line-ups!
The VVVWI name has brought the IBIZA concept of oddball freakery to all corners and all comers, so we couldn’t imagine a better guest to join the Detakids for what promises to be an unprecedented night at The Source Bar.
For one night only and in keeping with the wild and wacky style Detakid is becoming known for, the theme for the evening will be Carnival Bizarro, and we want you to dress up. Think Clowns, Ringmasters, Acrobats, Bearded Ladies, Strongmen, and general crazy and colourful Carnival getup, with a dark and twisted edge for those who dare! Remember it’s bank holiday weekend so all the more excuse to get very very wrong indeed… as if we need an excuse!!!
Alongside Tim Sheridan will of course be the Detakid duo of Alex K and Woody Freeman, as well as Detakid favourites Dean Langan and Deanoloco, supported by Source Bar residents Rob Cockerton and Craig Benitez. Expect some of the best Tech House, Techno and Minimal around… a first for the main room at The Source!
