Cruze has DJ'd and been involved with the hardcore scene for over fifteen years, playing regularly all over the UK and recently America and Hungary.
It all started after hearing a Carl Cox rave tape back in 1992. Cruze knew then that he wanted to be a hardcore DJ. A year later, he enjoyed his first real DJ experience at a local bar, playing tunes which would now be classed as oldskool. Cruze continued DJing for the next decade, perfecting his mixing skills and experimenting with different dance genres.

In 2004, Cruze saw his biggest booking to date at Uproar, one the most popular events in the UK hardcore scene. This raised his profile considerably, boosting recognition on a national level, which lead to bookings from the likes of HTID, Hardcore Heaven and Natural Born Ravers in the UK and even Candyball in New York, USA. This success cemented Cruze’s name, earning him three nominations at the prestigious Hardcore Heaven Awards.

Ironically, Cruze's reputation was built on the basis of his DJing abilities, prior to ever going into the studio, which is a rarity in hardcore and something to be very proud of. However, things changed when he met his current production partner, DJ Breaks. Since their first studio session together in 2006, Cruze & Breaks with their Trackmaster Music guise have produced some of the most creative, exciting, cutting-edge hardcore around. When label boss Robbie Long heard 4 of their tracks he immediately snapped them up for their debut vinyl release (TNCLTD018) and signed Cruze & Breaks exclusively to TNC.

Things are going really well for Cruze in 2008 with more original tracks being written, regular guest slots and residencies and the successful running of his own night - Cruze-In, a free hardcore party with an strong underground following.

Cruze is well known for giving quality performances, growing his fan base everywhere he plays. His sets are full of energy, unique mixing techniques and he has the ability to read any crowd.
