You could set your own night up with tons of expense, good fortune and effort required but with no guarantee of success and so you carry on doing what you love doing, praying for that 1 time lucky break.

Here's the break....
You Enter our 'Search for a Star DJ' competition. You register your details, you play against the other DJ's on the night and the crowd get to vote YOU the WINNER. You progress through the rounds and impress the crowd until you get youself into the FINALS!. You Enter the FINALS, WIN THE COMPETITION with a smile on your face and then....

From Bedroom DJ to SuperStar DJ - In the last 6months we have all seen and met 100's of amazingly talented DJs with superstar personalities who have had the guts to travel down not knowing a soul to come and play in such a friendly environment with such friendly clubbers as they take their first steps in their DJ career. Some have already played alongside their DJ legends and some in front of amazing crowds but they have all been inspired to play on and have Loved Every Minute of it which was the whole idea in the first place and for that reason alone, its made all the hard work, myself, Rob,Bob,Canny & Julz (The Stig of Blu-Sky) and everyone @The Roadside week in & week out in putting on and promoting these kinda shows every Friday night worth every minute of it . I personally would like to say a HUGE BIG THANK-YOU to all the DJs I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with & espically a HUGE BIG THANKS to the people of Mansfield for allowing us to host such an event and keeping it alive longer than most wars :-) so I hope you can all join us on Aug 4th to wish and cheer on the Finalists as they give it there all one last time in the competition....For me, its been a fantastic experience and for the DJs and clubbers I sincerely wish the same. Never the end as for many the journey to standom has already begun - so bring it on - weve got a crackin lineup so lets wish them all well! -
