Guilty As Judged
Guilty Heaven rocked DV8 last night with some of the most sublime DJ'ing talent to grace the decks in this tiny corner of this god forsaken country.

Judge Jules rolled in to town to join the Guilty gang to give Margate the very best House night they will experience for a while.

The right Honorable Frenchie and Phil good kicked off the night light but not too fluffy. Together these two bounce well, effortless, creative and enjoyable. A quality rolling set that built nicely for Ian Garner. We all expected more peeps in for the onset of Ian's set and it was a shame that more didn't make the effort to get out to enjoy it. It was a competent well built set with quality basslines and real crowd pleasers. It was the ideal set for the Judge to pick up from.

Jules turned up in the nick of time and had to make his way straight to the DJ box. Jules looked a little edgy on arrival, almost flustered, which I felt reflected in the opening of his set. This is not to say Jules was nothing but professional and great as ever but def not the relaxed showman that we all love. The first few tracks selected were a tad different :-) The set grew steadily and so did the crowd. By midway the crowd was good and the rest of Margate was dead, i'm sure Jules managed to wake some of those dead, whilst happily supping his Grey Goose.

Jules played until nearly 1am to hand over to Jules jnr aka Robbie Styles. Robbie stepped up the pace as Jules exited the building. Robbie managed to give the animated show that many expected from the Judge and he had the whole building on the move. Come on Robbie "put ya back in it" , which he did as only Robbie can do.

A superb hour of joy that neatly lead back to Frenchie and Phil to round off the stomping night. Both kicked some arse for the final hour and a quarter and showed Margate seafront what House music is really about. It is so rare to see an outfit enjoy what they do quite so much.

For the love of the music and for the love of the crowd is what GH is all about. There is NO other promotion about that does it better .... Fact ..... Both Mandy and I are so incredibly proud of what we have in GH and and it's DJ's. Without the continued input, support and love from Ian Robbie Paul and Phil we would have nothing ..... BIG THANK YOU GUYS xx

To those who came out to support a huge thanks goes out to you. The loyalty shown by those does not go un-noticed and it was great to see you all.

Huge thanks to Danny Blaze and DV8 for allowing us to put on this event, and to Fad for all the running around. Many thanks to the tireless help from all the door staff who assisted in selling tickets on the street and coaxing passers by in. Thank you to the polite and professional bar staff.

All in all this night was a resounding success all round. Financially GH suffered slightly but the feedback from clubbers was 100% good. When Jules left the crowd didn't they just kept on dancing which goes to show GH does it right.

Turnmills in 2 weeks time people so get onboard for yet another quality night.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to one and all ..... It's what great nights are all about.

I am so incredibly proud of the GH DJ's!! I need to echo... It truly is .. "What Great Nights are about!!!"

Thank you to Jules his first weekend in the UK for a while a gentleman to the core!

To the crowd that always enjoy the night! you are diamonds!

A special Thank you to some wonderful friends your help and encouragement is greatly appreciated!

DV8 I am very humbled to the courtesy you extended us and the help you gave. A beautiful club and the people that run it from the top to the bottom a very big thank you!

Guilty Heaven was born for the love of music. Mark and I share a passion in it. Through the stresses and the good times (which I might add more than make up for everything else) I am honoured and proud to run GH through thick and thin beside Mark. We are a team and his drive and forthright nature pulls us through! An incredibly big thank you to an incredible man!

Keep it up Mark

Do try to keep it all going James but this area is soooooooooooooo damned hard. Without Mandy though I would be nothing and nigh on all the background stuff she does, and does well.
