esc closing down is a great thing the place is past its celbi date. the look of its shit the music is either justin timberlake timberland or emmm cant think of anymore... and there are a bunch of idoits who go there thinking there bad cos there wearing stone island and had a line of bashed up chalie lol!!!! losers!!!! anyway there is a nice little project on the way that will hopefully change the image of thanets crap nite life scene ... and its not franks or the reopening of dv8... ill leave it at that but u wont be dissapointed....!!

just one more thing, tickandohi'matwattock, i don't know why you're so pleased about escape closing because those:


that you hate so much will have to go somewhere else when escape closes...and i don't think it will be too far do you? at least when escape was open, those of us who didn't want to mix with escape's crowd could just stay the hell away from the place! and most of the people who went to escape stayed there until closing which meant that the other clubs/pubs/bars in margate didn't have to put up with them! Don't get me wrong, i'm not gonna shed a tear over escape closing, but i think that if you want to keep a community happy, you have to let everyone have their little piece of the action...and escape gave their crowd a pretty decent slice for many years!

I totally agree, You may not like Escape for whatever reason, but please dont be short sighted. what about all the feeder bars along the route. How many more people have to lose their jobs locally. The loss of drinking establishments is having a huge knock on effect. Everyone has a right to earn a living and it is rapidly becoming harder and harder to do it on the South East coast. Like i said above, sadly it dosent just stop at Escape, there is another on its way out, which is just awful. So Mr Tick, are you going to help these un-employed people out financially?
