What a disappointment, I pay 10 quid and all I hear is the owner of the club siniging - this ain't X Factor or some Kareoke night people, this is meant to be the biggest night in the south east tonight. The club itself is no where near as "exclusive" as it makes out, if that was the case it wouldn't have under age kids drinking at the bar and drug-taking going on in the toilet, the whole club is amateur to say the least.

Don't get me wrong it's a change for Margate to have decent named club nights and it's a thankful relief, however if another club done the same I can't help thinking it would be done better. If you was new to this site you would think this club was similar to some super club the likes of Es Paradis or Pacha and please my Margate Darlings this just ain't the case

Sorry the other local clubs are foooooooookin shit compared to the music played at Sugar. As for underage.....bollox u lying twat there is strict age limits and the doorstaff are strict on this. At least Sugar is owned by someone who is passionate about his club and the music unlike other faceless owners in the area.

Sugar has never been labelled as a super club and has made no comments to say that it is. Margate Darlings lol behave and spell Karaoke right next time....Get back to ESC and stay there

We had the soulful Micky B in Qubar and the tantalizing Matt Logic starting off the night in the main room Matt had the crowd incredibly geared up with his funky tunes

Miss Moneypenny's sent it's finest to Sugar, The music was top class and to hear the South East's top club owner flex his vocal cords was as usual first class! Once again thank you Eli!!!!!

The superb Robbie Styles in the delectable front room then came into the main room to end the amazing night for Sugar lounge.

The night as usual for Sugar was a huge success and the galleries on Clubaspenphoto.com will be there to document another fantastic night in Sugar’s history!

I'll be sure to look through my pics for the blind deaf person in the crowd, no disrespect to the disabled but were you actually with us during the night or were you one of those people you mentioned about drugs?????? Underage drinkers?? Did you move on to another club after Sugar and in your induced haze forget were you were?

A word of warning for the future…if you prefer a venue with no atmosphere, cheesy music, drugs (in the world we live in it’s a fact of life, sugar has a great no drugs policy and the toilets is one area that is difficult to police a die hard is a die hard but at least they try to do something about it!!!) and fights on the dance floor, with little boys and girls that think they are all grown up but looking for somewhere to purely get pissed and a place where the owner wouldn’t be seen dead….

Please DO NOT come to Sugar you will be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

coming from somebody who actually works in sugar, who knows what goes on behind the scene and have been working other club nights and have grown to know most of the regular clientele i have to say newbie new that you are a complete and utter D**K!i can guarantee that everybody in that place last night was NOT underage and im sure that everyone that you're accusing of being so would be fucked off to hear you do so!!fuck knows why youd think there were(because you're a C**T maybe???)
as for comparing eli thompsons soulfull beautiful singing voice with the likes of karaoke( which you cant even spell properly you brainless twat!)you couldnt be anymore fucking wrong if you tried, obviously you werent listening like the rest of us because i heard a damn sight more!i heard the miss money pennys dj giving it to us like no other, robbie styles was out of this world, not to mention matt logic, and when eli did sing towards the end(which he has every right to do as its his club!if you dont like it fuck off)he sounded absolutely fantastic, karaoke or 'X factor' do not even compare!!

IN FACT WERE YOU EVEN THERE BECAUSE IF IM NOT MISTAKEN TICKET PRICES WERE NOT A TENNER, THEY WERE 15.00 FOR NON MEMBERS, 12.00 FOR MEMBERS AND 6.00 IF YOU WERE A MEMBER AND BOUGHT THEM BEFORE 20TH MAY!!

we members of staff try our hardest to make sure we check the toilets and seating area for any drug users, but unfortunatley newbie fucking new, its not always easy when we have a million other things to do and a ton of people to serve, so go away...get yourself a bar job.....learn what its like to have to serve the bar and check the toliets now and again whilst making sure you dont run out of booze, change, ice glasses etc etc.....then come back and tell us your ecxperiances because you obviously havent got a clue!

I reckon your right when you said "were you even there", a price of £10 wasn't even part of the tarrif, £15, £12 & £6 was what i new about. Im almost 100% sure its one of those 'pre-teens' that go to 'ESC' (Extemely Shit Club) who obviously got really angry because they dont give you a colouring book and some crayons on your way in, and found that the people were so friendly there was no chance of creating any trouble! So, the phrase 'each to their own' comes to mind, and in future newbienew, you stick to the pathetic views you have as to what a club should be like, and leave the fab nights to the fab people, and at least if you ARE gonna comment on a night, actually be there instead of assumption, or are you afraid that if you did actually turn up........ you'd like it, and realise that you've been mislead in your few early teen years!!! Anyway, fear not newbienew, the sunny weather will be with us soon and you'll be able to go build some sandcastles on the beach with your bucket & spade!!!
