Junior G , the fresh talent showcase for Goodgreef ,rolls into Middlesbrough for a series of monthly parties. The resurrection of a brand is always a cause for celebration especially when it is one which brings the brightest and best sounds Warehouse, one of the areas newest and brightest venues is the setting for this latest relationship between Goodgreef and its one of its strongest regions.
Expect all the usual Junior G madness and an international line up to launch this new venture in a suitably credible and stylish way. Discover records head honcho John Askew's long awaited follow up to his debut album "Lower the Tone", "Z List Uber Star" showcases a more varied sound encompassing_blissfully ambient melodies through to the more trademark banging material more associated with John's name. With huge releases "Fade to Black" and "Z List Uber Star" gaining strong support from the likes of Paul van Dyk and Eddie Halliwell, John's debut vocal track "Nothing left between_us" already gaining much interest from the press. This album looks set to open another bright chapter in John's_illustrious_career.
Accompanying John Askew on this line up is Belgian based production wizard Fred Baker. Famed through his creations under many different guises including the Ibiza anthem_‘Y-Traxx Mysterylands’, ‘Genetic, Dark Alliance’_and ‘Groovezone Eisbaer’ Fred Baker also electrifies a night through his performances infusing huge melodic breakdowns with tough European hard edged trance beats.
Finishing up the line up for the main room is local hero Gary Proud from Newcastle night ‘Promise’ & 'GGNE' alongside Chris Metcalfe and Mick Lindsey.
Room 2 features a blend of Electro and Tech-House talent featuring Toddy, Solait Lota, Digital Whore, Glenn Storey and Jordan Spashett.
