RICHARD BLACKWOOD LIVE AT BUDDHA BLUE


Radio presenter for Choice FM, Richard Blackwood, has been booked by Buddha Blue for the second time this year to take over the decks on Saturday 2nd August.

The internationally respected DJ visited the nightclub in May, and enjoyed it so much he is coming back to Milton Keynes for more! Often described as being a bit of a ‘ladies man,’ Blackwood will be bringing his wealth of experience to the city for an exclusive set outside of London.

Beginning his career as a stand-up comedian, Blackwood has also turned his hand at acting, television presenting and singing, appearing on MTV Base, Holby City, and Top of the Pops. Among his seemingly endless list of talents, Blackwood also finds time to support Body & Soul; an organisation that supports children affected by HIV/AIDS.

Richard has confirmed he will be performing at Buddha Blue as a special treat for the ladies, at the weekly Saturday night ‘Risqué’ event. There will also be a guest DJ slot by Crucial Robbie, spinning the best of RnB, Hip Hop and Dancehall records.

Management have been busy booking top performers, like Richard Blackwood, as part of their ‘Blue Summer’ campaign – a drive to bring globally renowned artists and great live entertainment to Milton Keynes.
