It's not always a good idea to shoot women from below the eye-line.

Here it's causing her to look down a bit and I don't think it looks great. Plus emphasising elements that are close to the lens i.e. her belly.
Otherwise Ok.

there isnt too much wrong with it really. but theres loads better you can achieve.
