Music : Indie

The year was 1996 – Brit Pop ruled the world. Until one band stepped in and changed the face of the British music scene forever. Kula Shaker’s debut single “Grateful When Your Dead,” and the groundbreaking “Tattva” established the band as one of the most popular of the time. Their debut album, “K” hit the charts at Number 1, and was the fastest-selling British album since Oasis’ “Definitely Maybe.”

After 6 years of silence, Kula Shaker are re-forming, bringing their sound slap bang up to date. Their debut gig is being held in Snozone at Xscape Milton Keynes to a small audience, before launching back into gigs the size of their Knebworth 1996 concert which pulled 125,000 punters.

The show is on Saturday 11th March 2006.
Doors open at 6pm, with support bands Zero Point Field, Simple View, Maya Deren and Diamond Joe live on stage.

Catch Kula Shaker whilst you can – tickets are £10, and selling fast. Book yours now on 0871 222 5670.
