What a New years eve!!

This was a cracking night had by all. Everyone played execptionally well and partyed hard.

Would like to say thanks to Chris Mabbatt from Full House for kicking of the night and for setting the night of to a cracking start.

And to Dj Ratzi for the second set of the night and what can i say. I was well impressed by the standard that he played and his mixing was tight and his tune selection was spot on, and with a little scratching on the side this was a set a really enjoyed. Lots of respect to Ratzi and i look forward to seeing him play again.

Paul The Knife and myself then continued to play a 3 hour back 2 back set 3 record swap till 1am.
After 3 days Djing with FunkD uP the night before and Telford Daves Big house warming party the day before that, energy levels were low but with out fail the mixing could not be floored we played solid till 12 with Funk and Electro then at 12 we dropped the bells and saw 2007 roll on in !!!! With sprits high and drinks going down fast everyone look like they were loving the night we continued till 1 taking everyone up up and away. Thanks to Paul The Knife playing B2B was good fun.

At 1am The 36th Chamber took over from the FunkD uP boys to take the evening to the next stage The Shaolin Drunken Monk blew the place right up straight away with a awsome DnB remix of Gadjo's So many Times, and then carried on taking cuba through a selection of dirty DnB and classic DnB. Fair Play mate you got me moving!!

2am Vapour came on to ripp it up even more and keeping the tempo slolid people stayed in Cuba till the end. I must say nearing the end of the night i was stuggling to remember what was being played but i do rememeber coming up and insisting on a rewind ( well ..... maybe not insisting but i did help with one !! )

Also big shout out to Smithy and Smoothie for spitting there shit for 36th Chamber.

All your boys are really good at what you do from the 36th Chamber keep up the good work and also big thanks for bring down the sound system was punchy as and well enjoyed playing on it.

I must agree with wats been said, i loved it! Shame i couldn't stay for the b2b but i had to grace other friends with my presence at a house party / gathering!

I cannot wait till the next one, i think i have found a substitute for addiction to nicotene....dirty underground electro and big beat house!!!!

Mr Ratzi my friend i believe you are doing another set on the 16th of this month...can't wait, oh and by the way that scratching was dam fantastic, like a hint of hip hop, pinch of drum and bass and a hand full of house mate. Hahahaha LOVE IT.

i had an absolute blinder of a night, which ended up carrying on at The Earl Of Telfords house for a 48 hour bender. Getting up for work at 5.45 the next day was not pleasant, but well worth it all the same!!!!! Thanks guys xxx
