Well what can I say but a big thanks to all those who joined us at Cuba last Sat. The KOTG nights at Cuba have been full on since day one, and it seems we just keep on trying to pack more people into Cuba, and considering the KOTG boys had been there drinking since 4pm, we did pretty well !

For all of those not arriving early enough, Big Hag's eclectic blend of old skool house and electro (with a scattering of everything from The The to The Human League) is not ot be missed, and he did the business superbly yet again, kicking of at 4 and running right through to 8.30pm ! Genius ! Guest DJ for the night Mark Fullbrook followed on with some party 'hands up' business and then onto Robbidos who, for those who've been paying attention, has slipped into a more tech edged (but always vocally) style and again he was superb, always a good ear for a decent bassline mate, and it's now only 9pm and Cuba is FULL !

Neil&Dan had been itching to get on the decks for most of Paul's set, and launched straight into some deep and dark gear, (that 'Akubu' track is beyond matching !) but with 'Simpler' becoming a signature tune for the boys, this stuff is strictly for those in the know, and the KOTG regulars are !..........Not to big myself up of course, but I thought my set on set was very decent, big thanks to Dirty South and Ramirez who have helped make 2006 a year of VERY decent electro house for me !!

.........and then our end of session man, James 'Walshy' Walsh, who it transpires has gone all Krafty Kuts on us overnight, and launched straight into a breaks session ! But the Stanton's on 'Feel Good Inc' always gets the floor, and then switching nicely into some electro belters, good job as always Jim.

So onwards into December we stumble, with Funk'd Up v KOTG on 16th Dec (that's right, the 2 Cuba heavyweights go at it...LIVE !!) and KOTG's 'early new years eve' bash on 29th Dec (Xmas is inbetween there somewhere I think !) and then kick off 2007 in Jan with the first of our 12 (yes 12 !) KOTG events @ Cuba in 2007 (Newbury's Home Of Quality House Music).....but let's get our heads straight after Sat first !
