I feel like a little kid on xmas eve!!

The price reflects the cost of what the night has cost us to put on and we base that on our hope that 200 people would come. (oops). I'm afraid if you want people like Andy farley to play the price has to reflect the cost of his fee, booking agent accomodation, the rent for the club for the night and advertising. When we had Adam the month before he was slightly cheaper and the ticket price reflected that. Unfortunately you can't charge £5 like we would have liked to because if 400 people didn't turn up we would never break even.

Unfortunately as promotors we cannot absorb some loss on the door and offset it against the bar sales like when Deano used to run radioactive at the club because the promotional side and the bar are both 2 different people.

yeah i understand it must be quite expensive to book people like andy farley and you do need to make your money back, i personally dont mind paying that bit extra but most of my mates would prefure to go down the rock before nine and get their buy one get ones free's in lol (fun...)
