yep cyber is just a fashion thing for some but for us who ahve been doing it for years feal this new breed are going to give the friendly fun luving cybers (which all true cybers are) a bad rep just like if u see sum1 in a baseball cap and hoody u get this impression staright away.

u can buy bloody leg warmers in the 99p store these days!!!

Even event's i went to large scale ones there where a few idiots, where i was seemingly laughed at for wearing fluffies by some bloke standing at the bar alone in a football shirt, being at tidy weekenders i just looked at him and shook my head like why are you here kinda thing.
And too many younger lads there trying to pull anything just because they are wearing short cyber wear and bashing vinyls handed out over their mate's heads when someone like me would've loved one to take home.
I could be here all day saying all the grief i've had from past events but i try to stay postive when thinking about going out.
:)
Shame that not everyone that go to events renouned for being friendly in past aren't like me and you guys.

I hope so Brett as Roobarb isnt the same without you mate. I'm sure a close eye will be kept on anyone trying to cause problems.

As you know, Roobarb is a clubber/raver friendly night & we will ensure to keep it that way.

Right here we go

Brett this pub has had its fair share of problems but im not being funny everywhere has!!

Im afraid brett you get in peoples faces and most people you know deal with it but i can garauntee that loads of people do not like. I for one have told you on numerous amounts of occasions not to do it to me! But to be honest brett you still do! There may be many people that dont like what and how you act!

You have to understand that there are people out there that dont get you i bet you were in her face and probably brash with how you acted you always are!

And i will be totally honest the people in question are regulars in here. Not only that but they have never ever in the whole time i have been coming here or lived here have they caused any trouble to be honest they have helped in situation when most people wouldnt. Louloukid i would be careful who you threaten as i can tell you there are alot bigger people around the corner and not just with big mouths and empty threats. Just a warning to all of you who have slated these people as im sure there will be someone who shows them, to be honest i would not want to be on the recieving end of what they have to say!

They are really nice people in fact but as you are only looking at what has happened on one occasion because brett had no doubt been over the top! You wouldnt expect to be judged like you have judged these people.

And as for chavs in the pub i dont know what pub you have been to but its isnt this one. Your definition of chavs is probably someone who doesnt conform to wearing cyber gear and being loud and abrupt but people who may want to keep themselves to themselves but when they are annoyed and provoked they will lash out

Rant over just be aware brett not everyone enjoys you being in thier faces!

I did not want to mention it but hey. The maon reason i have had problems with a certain person is because my sister is bisexual had her fair share of both sexes (bless her lol) and i love her the same and allways will. My other sister has had her problems lost her baby a few weeks back (she is has just turned 18) and has had her fair share of men most much older some the same age, does that make her a horrible person. I dress in cyber and to all intensive purpose's am a weird and not not normal.

The reason for being punched in the past (over 6 months poss more), abuse thrown at me at every given opportunity, my family slated u got a fucked a family trying to be the waltons. Your sister is a fucking whore and so on and so forth. If your famliy dont conform to normal (what is normal) then i guess abuse is guranteed and should be exepcted. I love my family and allwyas will no matter what they do. I just wish that other people would except them they dont hurt you so, why are you bothered. Why slte them to me for no reason, i dont understand.

That is reason for lashing out and being aggresive i guess.

what threats??? all im doing is sticking up for my fella...but you wouldnt understand that. i have not done or said anything out of term.im aware there is always bigger and better that will hurt little ole me but im not going to hide and keep quiet if there is a problem. im not out to call people names or say anything about certain venues as you will see in all my messages no names were used by myself. ive never had a problem at the bridgehouse but im not going to sit there and watch my fella get hurt by anyone. i could have kicked off bigtime that nite but i didnt because im better than that, and i dont want to label myself as a cyber idiot that scraps and causes shite.

i tend not to use the word CHAV anymore as i am not the everyday person it would be stupid to put someone in a big box like that plus my 2 kid brothers are total chavs and admit it. im a cyber and love it but i dont always wear it like last week at the oblivion nite which was ok i wore normal clubbing girlie clothes which was nice for a change ;o) as a 26yr old divorced single working parent of two its nice to get out and have fun with everyone, im very aware of being different but in not stupid...we wear it cause it makes us feel fun!!!!

i know brett is mental and in your face christ i know him better than anyone here, one slap yeah i can understand two mmmm ok three .four .five not nice! i couldnt sit back and say nothing, this is not the first time he have had problems i can asure you its been happening for a while now, i ve had trouble at other events but i have never been made to feel unwelcome. James i have never had a problem with you but think your words are harsh, some true but mostly harsh. social said excatly what you said but in a nice manner but then you dont have to be polite to us cause we are not regulars. im sorry but maybe it is just hoew you word things, even carly was respectful about having a moan.

on that note i would like to apoligise to anyone that has read comments and mis-interpreted them into threads. i dont bother with threats because where does it get anybody nowdays??? no where! so ill leave this thread now cause its being made to look like abuse and i dont want any part of it now cause whatever i say will be made in to something its not (will see you all at bosh next week!)

I find it really weird that certain ppl are getting very defensive over this, some ppl seem to be taking the original comment as a personal attack against the event

I dont actually know u hyper but this comment upsets me because has club-land changed that much, that the hyper cyber-kids who were what i used to love so much about going clubbing in the first are no longer welcome??? I miss the crazy cyberness of clubland!
Clubbing used to be that u could wear what u want & act crazy, the crazier the better - & everyone would have a laugh about it!

Slapping someone in a club, especially 5 TIMES!! is not what it's about, It's what chav-clubbing is!!
The only excuse for slapping anybody is if they have groped you or hurt you in a deliberate manner - the whole time iv been clubbin iv only ever slapped someone once, which was quite recently & that was because he was being a moron & bit out my hair!! - This was what made me say clubbing isn't as friendly as it used to be! - But i slapped him once & walked away & just avoided him for the rest of the night!!

Why did she feel the need to slap him 5 times, rather than approaching the bouncer or one of his friends & asking him to politely just 'piss-off!'

I get fed up with people on here questioning why you take toys to events and wear plastic beads when they see pics of dsi'ers with like backpacks on etc.
Can't even have a bit of fun now because someone who's not even into that scene or music may question you.
Or i reckon we just not bother with what they think.
Life is serious enough and the weekend's are abotu letting it all out and stomping without a care in the world.

That has nothin to do with it but coming on here an ranting about how its the pubs fault and you only get trouble here is what got me! as i stated in my last comment and what we always tell anyone is you have a problem come to us we sort it therefore preventing anything happening!

Maybe just most people dont understand prevention is better than cure
