Radi8 presents Winter Manoeuvres @ The Mustard Lounge, Thursday 27th December
This night features the Radi8 residents and local guests providing the finest deep, minimal, progressive and techno edged sounds around with a nice helping of tasteful trance upstairs too for good measure. It will also mark the debuts of 5 Dj's, Dave Horne, Matt Turner, John Clarke, DMR and last, but not least, Je.
Dave Horne ~ Here is a Dj who is clearly going places. His versatile sound of seamlessly mixed progressive house and trance was spotted by Gavyn Mytchell who has since made Dave a resident at one of the biggest nights in the UK, The Gallery @ Turnmills. This residency has seen him play on the same bill as many of the biggest names in the scene including world number one, Armin van Buuren. It's a real pleasure to have Dave down to grace the Radi8 Decks :)
Matt Turner ~ Is Matt Radi8's biggest fan? Having attended every event since the launch party of Dan Stone's 'Made In Bahrain' you could argue a very strong case for that! Back then Matt didn't own decks but these days he's seen as one of the fastest up and coming trance DJ's around here having already played at the Garlands pre-party last month in Liverpool as well as progression in the summer and with more bookings coming his way, the future is certainly looking bright for the 'Crevicekid.' :)
Jon Clarke ~ Jon is perhaps the most in love with progressive house and trance person I've ever met, he just loves it! A follower of the dance scene from it's birth, Jon has been partying and DJing for some years now and although he hasn't played out much of late this event will see him bring his polished prog sound to the night to ensure things kick off upstairs in perfect fashion, not to be missed :)
DMR ~ David has really come to surface in 2007 and has already played for Elev-8 three times aswell as Overdose. He's really making a name for himslef as a top house Dj around here playing progressive, electro and minimal flavours in a way that the people of Norwich appreciate. David will be bringing his sound and style downstairs to the end the night in perfect fashion ensuring that the qulaity doesn't let up all night :)
Je ~ James is a big lover of deep and minimal house flavours. Wherever there's quality house music in Norwich you'll usually find James there too. Aswell as being a keen punter though he's also quite handy behind the decks and he'll be going back to back with his good pal Fahmi, who warmed up downstairs at the last Radi8. Their two styles will combine superbly to get things going downstairs in fine fashion :)
Of course the night would be complete without the residents, Scotty, Burt and Myself aswell as the talented Neil Holmes, and after his dazzling performance at the last Radi8, Fahmi returns going b2b with Je. Here's all the relevant info you need;
