For those that came down to Traffik last night (NYE) a massive thanks goes out to you all.
Never have we seen so many happy faces, hands in the air, and great friendly atmosphere.

The turn out some what a little less than we were expecting for a Free Entry NYE event was simply no dampener on the evenings events.

With people travelling far and wide to come join in the antics from as far as Manchester,London, and yes even Australia!!!

Je warming up in the basement immediatly got the ball rolling with some fantastic deep and techy sounds setting a president for the room all night.A great set perfect to warm those winter chills up to that simmering anticipation that is Katy Cole.

This girl ROCKS every party we've seen her play being the entire reason we are proud to have her under our wing.Playing 80's electro pop to deep and dirty to the hedonistic progressive sound we know she loves so much the room simply went from a simmer to Boil in less than 10 secs.

Jordan Miller taking over with his notorious dirty yet funky sound saw us into 2008, Hands in the air pretty much from this moment till close gave Timothy James from Solution the perfect opportunity to play the closing set as he liked.Damn right Dirty.

Needless to say the Basement room was an outstanding success and is a clear taster of what is to come from our Electronique Boutique brand throughout 2008, so keep those eyes peeled for the up & coming dates.....oh i can't hold back .....its Saturday 2nd February.(dj's to be confirmed)


Upstairs saw a very different twist on the Electronique Boutique sound.

Warming up and doing the perfect early doors set was our co'founder D'vinyl.Not often you hear him playing a House set but all the same perfect to get the night rolling. Vocal, Funky and generally Uplifting gave Lovelife's very own pocket rocket and to date success story Miloe.

After a successful 2007 with dates at Good Fridays @ Po Na Na's , Lovebug @ Lowestoft and dates in the surrounding area all year round expectations were high from Miloe.Unditerred a solid Deep, Tech,Funky,Afro general mash up ensued from our little man giving us a complete overview of what he has to offer for the future.

Fahmi, very much in the same vain as Katy has been a regular success story at our Lovelife events, and looks to be one of the dj's to watch out for in 2008 at our new Electronique Boutique branded parties.From the outset taking the upstairs room to a groove that we have yet to see anywhere else in this Fine city.

His usual deep bumpin tech sound just rolled driving us to get those feet movin and without fail got the party rockin in time for our Guest from Manchester and resident at the infamous Stylus warm up parties Andy Sant.

With releases under his belt and a new single to be released very soon we eagerly anticipated what he was going to bring to the party.

Taking off from Fahmi and with his unique sound had the crowd whipped into a frenzy till close.


In conclusion an unforgettable night with who we think are 8 of the finest up & coming dj's around and a sound unmatched in Norwich at present, we can only look forward to a successful 2008 and many more unforgettable nights to come.

Wow don't hold back guys pmsl. I had a mental night and can't wait for the next event ...in february you say.....hmmm i'll check mydiary.It was so good to see so many people we know out and up for a right ol knees up.

Had a really good night although I did struggle to get up for work today!!! After midnight it's all a little hazy, I don't remember too much of what was going on apart from quality beats and dancing in a rather disturbing manner, some things never change! :)

I have to say, Fahmi playing Milton Jackson - Cycles made my night, what a feckin tune!!! :)
