PHUNKY continues in the Hive after an Old Skool treat at the ReLaunch Party at the UEA on October 5th. The second in the UEA season features more DJ Legends, a wicked Live PA and some Funky local support. Scott and I are proud to announce and welcome K K KLASS LIVE and promise an evening with touch of retro club classics alongside lashings of upfront Funky House & cutting House Music!!!!!

K KLASS DJ Set
The K-Klass preferred music style is underground house music, however they also play funky & vocal house when they need to be more accessible. K-KLASS (Right) are all about entertaining and playing for the crowd. They play at various events and venues all over the world on a weekly basis, which means it is important that they adapt their music to suit each venue. They have Worked alongside most of the biggest and most established artists around, some of these include: The Pet Shop Boys, Adeva, Kathy Brown, Shake Down, Whitney Houston, Gerri Halliwell, Blondie, Bobby Brown, M-People, S-Club 7, Atomic Kitten, Level 42, Kylie Minogue, Rozalla, Sunscreem, Frankie Knuckles, Bizzare Inc, Kathy Sledge, New Order, Janet Jackson, Luther Vandross, Lisa Stansfield and Candi Staton plus many many more.

BOBBI Performing Live on Stage
Bobbi (Left) is the original K-Klass vocalist who hit the mainstream when they released two huge tracks, “Rhythm Is A Mystery” which reached No.3 in the UK top 40 and “Let Me Show You” which also hit the top 40 and reached No.13.

The Residents
Paul Cossey & Harry Pearce (Right) will round things up once again after a string of successful back to back sets including our last Hive party following the Graeme Park's Hacienda retro set and various other Groove Est. & Phunky events.
Harry's tune selection and eye for a classic alongside Cossey's cutting edge housey sound is the perfect combo to end the Party!!

And The FUNKSTA making his debut in the Hive on the drums....His presence at many events has earned him the reputation as the original “Funkster”, that’s just from his dancing!!

Pre Party in the Uni Bar
Dont forget, we warm things up in the Lower Half of the Uni Bar... George Whirlwind & Wozza (See Left) take to the wheels of steel with a three hour back to back session. Now the smoking ban has kicked in you haven't got to go upstairs for a fag so please join us in the Lower Blue Bar and support the boys!!
