It is a vast undertaking to use that venue, they have also increased the hire fee of the venue massively since that event meaning that we would need to charge £30 per ticket to cover our costs. The other issue is that essentially it's a one arena venue, we spilt the rooms last time but it did not work as we had hoped therefore we might only have to have one arena or at most two if we did it again. I don't think for £30+ per ticket that it's value for money

i agree and due to the location there's no way any outdoor arenas could be put up, which is very unfortunate :(
