Vince is off again to Ibiza - ;-( Oh well going to Magaluf in a few weeks can't wait, then we have to convince Phil to come to Ibiza in September with us all???

Vinces packages are 329 including flights transfers and hotel, something to think about peeps.

Yeah spot on James is without a dought one of the nicest and most fun mates ive got.

Yeah I have only known of James a short while, what a fantastic guy tho. Really glad I met you both back in March when he gave me one of his CDs.

Love you both to bits, and thanks for the jokes last night they were wicked. Was in bed early last night still can't shift this cold I have ;-(

Yeah colds are a bit of a pain sometimes like that.

Should try gettin some extra vitamin C try the effercent tablets and disolve them in about half pint of water but try to sip it gradauly over a few hours this will be better absorbed and utilised by your emune system.

Dont worry about haveing too much vitamin C its non toxic and what your body dosent need will pass out natuarly.

Thanks Phil - your really sweet for helping me through my cold bless ya, I have brought some Beechams ALL IN ONE, don't think it's working. I have some orange juice in my fridge in my office so will have some of that me think that is full of VC.

We also have a massive boots here at the hospital so I will have a wonder over at dinner time and see what they have got........ ;-( more me.

Yeah I am going to a party on Saturday night it's called West Midlands Wreck Heads, so that should be funny it's all the regulars from Subway, should be a giggle.

Vince is back from Ibiza on Friday so a nice meal at TGI's my favourite eating place, then I have got to get the garden ready for next weekend as I have havin a party as long as the weather is ok. You and James & Hayley are more than welcome to join in the fun.

Wicked night last Saturday, not coming out to play this weekend, gonna do some work on my house and enjoy going the cinema and TGI Fridays, busy weekend ahead of me. Defo out next weekend, Cyberkitten on Friday and BLUE on Saturday, can't fooking wait.
