UK Scene is a non-profitable organisation which caters for a wide range of hard edge underground dance music, ranging from Hardstyle through to Hardcore and onto Gabber, keeping its morals and routine deeply intact, using new talent of all levels of ability.

UK Scene has been running since early 2000, it started as an online community off of the back of Bowlers @ Life; including Paul Draykot (current Vibealite co-owner) along with two other partners. It later became a measuring stick for new talent providers. UK Scene was booked by large events to host back rooms and push new DJ and MC talent forward.

Before long UK Scene started to host an annual DJ competition with prizes such as Pioneer DJM mixers and bookings on NYE events at such events as Dizstruxion and Vibealite. This competition was vital in the making of many DJ’s which would later go on to become established and play various events around the country.

UK Scene is proud to have built strong foundations with a lot of DJ’s it gave there first and many chances to including DJ’s Clipper, Rv2, Andy Techno, Rampant, Ben Fisher, Benson, Cosmic, Cyclone, and MC’s such as Darkside, Voyger and Hypavibe.

UK Scene had a quiet year during 2007 only putting on small events in conjunction with other promoters which include Hard ‘R Times, Rave in a Cave & Headrush. It has had the year off to gather new ideas and re-build trends and the admin team ready for a relaunch in 2008. The level 5 web site is still currently running with a successful hit rate each day and overwhelming click through. It also has a online forum which many events advertise on alongside a huge database spanning through over 4 thousand people.

UK Scene has to date hosted some very successful rooms at huge events such as:

- Total Bedlam
- Futurevibe
- Diztruxion

So now its 2008 and UK Scene are back doing what it does best... hosting rooms!

On the 1st February UK Scene will host room 3 at The Venue, Long Eaton, Nottingham in conjunction with Sensation UK and Headrush. The event page is here.

Headrush will cater for décor in the UK Scene room including UV back drops, UV cannons and lasers turning the UK Scene room into a full on rave inspired dungeon!

Cosmic:

Producer and DJ won UK Scene DJ Comp in 2006 @ Vibealite. He has also played many events including the following: Missing in Manchester Vs Compulsion, Missing warehouse events, Vibalite, Armageddon, Hektik Beats, Futurevibe, Binary, Eyslium, RIAC, Vibalite, Harder Times, Hydrolzed, Eruption, Headrush, We Call It Hardcore and Nitro (Scotland).

Cris L:

UK Scene competition finalist 2004. Also part owner of UK Scene and Hard ’R Times, has also played at the following events amongst many others: Headrush, Futurevibe, Delerium, Phutura, Diztruxshon, promoter and resident of Hard ’R times. Cris Plays a diverse mixture of Hardcore, Drum n Bass and Happy Hardcore depending what is required of him.

MC Hypavibe:

Hypavibe, currently promoter of We Call It Hardcore and resident @ Headrush was frequently a firm favourite of the DJ’s and regular's at Vibealite. Other bookings include Abyss, Armageddon, Bangin and Kaotic, Diztruxshon, Futurevibe, Hard Vibes, Illusion, Jedi, Jellybeanz, Origin, Quake, Rave in a Cave and Temptation.
