P45 (Room 237)
Room 237's founding member and Head Honcho has been putting on and playing at Parties for as long as can be remebered, having put on Nights under the guises' of UNITE & Room 237 including and playing alongside the likes of Squarpusher, Luke Vibert, Venetian Snares, Chris Clark, LFO, Tayo, Tom Middleton, Noisia, Plaid, Ali B, Spectrum, Hyper and The Dub Pistols to name but a few.
Expect the unexpected from P45 ranging from Electronica to Breaks to Drum & Bass and most things in between.
First Contact (Fresh Out The Box)
Residents of Fresh Out The Box and occasional wedding DJs, First Contact aka Kostas & Ed are dedicated to dance music. There has never been a plan and there probaly never will be but as long as they are playing records they are happy! Expect a bit of everything Techno, Electro, House & Breaks and of course "Mistletoe & Wine"!
Patch Dolan aka Wet Patch (Unite/Room237)
Patch Dolan along with P45 was one of the founder members of UNITE in Leeds before he moved down south, they together formed the formidable duo The Desperate DJ's known in and around Leeds for their techincal ability and their use of 4 decks. Patch has made appearences at Room 237 this year but this will be his first Oxford appearance for a few years.
Howeman
This will be Howeman's first appearance playing out, previously a bedroom dj his skills have improved a great deal and we saw this as the perfect chance for him to play out to a live audience. Having witnessed him play expect a straight up Breaks set with the odd random Gem chucked in for Good Measure.
