Stop what you are doing and go and buy a ticket to the biggest Fresh Out The Box to date!

If you have never been to Fresh Out The Box then this is the one to come too!

We have taken over the entire Academy; that’s a 1300 capacity venue spread over three rooms.

For the first time since the Academy opened its doors one ticket buys you entry to the whole venue and a dance music wonder land.

In the main room (downstairs) we have teamed up with one of dance music most famous record labels (FLR) to bring you the ultimate FOTB line up. Topping the bill are the Plump DJs, we couldn't believe it when they agreed to do the show as they very rarely play the same place twice in one year other than Fabric. Joining them will be Soul of Man who founded Finger Lickin Records. They have written a stream of break beat classics and a true pioneers of the sound. The final guests in the main room are the Drummattic Twins. The Twins have never played for FOTB so we are very excited. Their music credentials are made even stronger when you realise that they were one the infamous rave act Shades of Rhythm; responsible for tracks such as the Sound of Eden and Sweet Sensation.

Upstairs the Fresh Out The Box resident lunatics Kostas Goustas, Scott Parker & Ed Steele have finally been given a room to them selves to play the music they are really into; it's called Recreational Hazard.
The room will be filled with the hypnotising sounds of House, Techno and 4 to the floor beats; every sub genre of techno and house will feature as our residents take you on an electronic journey. Joining our residents will be Matt Carter one of the resident DJs from Eclectric (a formidable club night in Oxford). Matt has played every where from Fabric to the Egg and he knows what he is doing. Room two gives our residents and Matt the chance to play to all of you when normally they are running around putting up posters and organising the nights so all of you can have fun. For our residents it’s a monumental achievement to have the Plump DJs, Soul of Man & Drummattic Twins playing downstairs at the same time as them playing upstairs.

So what else do we have install?????? As it wouldn’t be an FOTB party without some added extras.

Well we hope to have the Ready Mades joining us; those who were at Truck Festival will know what we mean.

We will have the full FOTB décor installation, VJs, lights, lasers and the added excitement of a new venue and staircases to pass out on as you travel from one room to the other. (Its like at Fabric; the best part is always the monging out on the staircase.)

Tickets are on sale now for £12.50 – no booking fee if you buy them direct from the Academy box office or go to Tickets!!!!!

This is the biggest ever FOTB and we’re very proud.

If you want to ask any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Oh and word has it there will be an after party going on till 08:00 am; with a little help from our friends!

Please spread the word
