Sip, located in Jericho and was opened in September 2003. Slick looking bar of dark wood, and white walls makes the bars design stand out immediately. An Extensive cocktail menu and an elegant tapas menu just finish the job off nicely. The bar is decorated by stills of a video which plays over the back of the bar. Fridays and Saturdays are obviously busy nights but Monday at Sip is now the new Saturday. A selection of premium cocktails sold at low prices, a great move to convert the non believer. There are plans to put a terrace onto the bar for summer and council permitting extend the licensing laws to make it the perfect venue for some tidy drinks.
