FOTB are back and this time we bring you your local super-star DJ Hyper.



Hyper has been living in the Oxford area for a few years now and this willl be the second time he has played for us but the first in the Cellar, and about time to I might add.

Hyper has been all over the wolrd of late with his live band (Hyper live) and with his chock-a-block Dj schedual. In fact he is in Australia right now. His tune is currently on the Peugeot 207 advert and he is about to launch a new mix CD Re-wired the follow up to the classic Wired.

Joining Hyper will be Marcus Noblett from the legendary Room 237 in Leeds. Marcus is the driving force behind the electronic music at Room 237 which has seen some of the best names in the field through its doors since its birth, acts such as Jamie Liddel, Chris Clark, Milanese, Sqaurepusher, Shitmat, Tim Exile, DMX crew and the legendary Flat-E visual collective to name but a few.

Next on the bill is the one and only Howeman. Howe has been very busy since his last set at FOTB buying new tunes and practicing like a beaver perfecting his sets. Howe is a one man party so expect to be getting your groove on early!

From 21:00 till 10:30 I will be playing an Electronica set of bleeped out spacey grooves and weird clicky beats.

This is set to be a great night and it’s long over due!

As a final added extra we are joining forces with the DJ's With out Boarders Charity to help spread the word about the good work they are doing. Essentially they are raising money through music events for areas in the world that need it most such as Africa and in the Tsunami hit areas etc.... They will be there to talk to all night and will be more than happy to answers your questions. If you are keen to find out more then please let me know on the night and I will point you in the direction of the main people involved but make sure it’s early as they may be a little bit tipsy by the end!!
