Hi, I am Esther, sister of Miriam Hyman was a victim of the 7/7 London bombings. In the weeks following Miriam's death her family decided to set up a memorial fund in her name. It seemed that the only way to respond to the tragedy was by acting positively, and the Miriam Hyman Memorial Fund was set up within the charity ORBIS UK.

Since the end of November 2005 we have raised over £31,000 and it is already being used to sponsor a doctor from India to come and receive training in the UK which will benefit many people. And that's just the beginning.

We have set up a website which is being regularly updated with news of events, including
