For November's installment of Optik we decided to look further a field than usual and have booked one of the stand out artists of the minimal techno scene in 2009. All the way from Madrid, Optik presents Psyk!

In late 2008, Psyk (Manuel Anos) broke onto the global techno scene when his track 'Clown' was picked up by Richie Hawtin's label M_nus and was featured in the M_nus project 'Sounds From Can Elles'. In 2009 alone Psyk has gone on to produce and remix tracks for labels such as Monocline Records, Sleaze Records, Konstructure, Droic Records and Enemy Records to name but a few.

With a packed production schedule we have managed to tear him away from his studio for a very special DJ set on Saturday 14th November 2009 at Club 69, Paisley.
