If you have proof of anything you are saying.. please present it!!! We would like to see it.

I on the other hand have proof that we paid out £1000's for YOUR event - every single cost for the events, we paid without question.

We paid for the equipment hire on behalf of POWERJAM for YOUR event and it was abused and damaged and the repair was a small cost compared to everything else.

In return you asked for 50% of our entry fees - which we paid without question and were willing to pay you again at the second event as long as the bill for the equipment was settled.

We DID pay you - we paid you 50% as agreed, minus the amount for the equipment repair which we paid to the hire company on your behalf.

Not once have i said i would get you banned Luke - i dont have that authority.

There are two sides to the coin. What you say is what you believe, but it is not the truth.

The other promoters that work with the club are of no concern to you. if they have a grievance, it is up to them to approach us to discuss it.

Saying we "Ripped" them off is classed as hearsay and not fact - a rumor.

Also, if anyone under the age of 18 are lucky enough to look over 18 and get let into the club without being asked for ID - lucky them i say - hope they had a good night.

Had a shit night due to way the club was been run the sound stystem wasnt hooked up proply which wasnt good at tall but fair play to all the djs in the main room they manged to bang out some stomping tunes.After all the hard work the boys put into orginizing this event i felt really bad for them cus they got ripped off at the end of the night.But it will be nice to see powerjam back on top form in matisse where things will be run more profesinal.

that dont make sence, if its MY event why is it YOUR entry fees, we had a agreement which was a 50/50 door split and we had less than 25% and was basicaly told thats it, now fuck off, you had no licence for one of the rooms which you told me yourself so I TOOK THE RESPONSIBLE act to close the room down to that and the fact you had no monitors and the equipment was not fully installed, you also had lack of decks, so i brought myn down and was told i wernt getting paid for them after you had ripped bizare off who also did a event after us, do you realy want me to go into full detail on a public forum about the way the club is run and the fact there is pictures of 16 and 17 year olds drinking alcahol @ the bar of the club????

no its not just you, i totaly agree, specialy with this club as its been closed for this before, i had to say i was shocked to see so many under age people at Powerjam as it usually pulls in a older crowd, maybey thats why the event didnt do aswell as it knormally does at the other venues its held at?? yes, no???

The club was closed in 2007 yes, but not for the reasons you have posted. I don't think the previous management want to be dragged in to this!
I'm sure it happens all over the UK Luke - its not uncommon to have to odd one or two to dodge security.

well least its not just me who thinks so, but the club is so bad on its ass @ the mo thay will let any one in no matter what age and sell them drinks, thats not the right way to go about it specialy as the licencing are on the clubs case about under age drinkers in the club....

Yes the posts were deleted by a mod. I spoke to DSI about the matter, and they agreed to have them taken off, firstly, because you kept deleting my replies and not giving the whole story a chance to come to light.





Never once have i spoken to anyone from the "BIZZAR" event in this way. I was actually the other side of the world when the event happened and was not there. The details of our agreement with this event are between us and the organizers of the event. As i said, if the organizers have a grievience with anything we did, they can approach myself or the management and it will be discussed.

yes and the reason being is that you ripped us off, iv never been to a club and done a event in such a unprofesinal manour, you need to sort it out and pay what you owe, iv never once slagged a club off and thats because thay knormally tend to run in some sor of professinal manour unlike the nite owl

I'm trying to help both parties here.

The club was closed for license violations. Everybody knows that underage drinking goes on at almost every venue in a limited way. The Nite Owl was known as a guaranteed place where those underage could get in and be served. How it is now I couldn't say as I personally haven't been there. I have heard from attendee's at powerjam that it was a young crowd - doesn't necessarily follow they were underage I guess but, knowing the Nite Owl of old I would say its a distinct possibility.
