Celebrating 10 years of being the UK’s best car show, Modified Nationals is revving up for the mother of all birthday parties.
The fuel gauge is reading full, as the Modified Nationals birthday bash line-up takes shape. Already a high point on any calendar, the UK’s biggest and best indoor and outdoor car event looks set to bring a new level to weekend entertainment. Not to be spoilt by the weather it’s time to book your tickets and get ready to join the party at Peterborough Showground June 1st-3rd.
This year you can once again expect an action packed ride, for the entire weekend. From wild modified cars, live stage shows, the ALL NEW track action, hot babes, stunt shows and amazing deals. There will be thousands of cars on display with every modifying tribe catered for, it’s always a weekend to remember and this year will be the biggest to date.
There will be live stunt shows from the UKFMX stunt team. Watch in amazement as these crazy two-wheeled daredevils jump 40ft in the air over 100ft gaps, a spectacle not to be missed.
New for 2012 to Modified Nationals is a healthy dose of track action. Why not test your driving skills around the bespoke course. You will get three attempts to prove you can be the fastest and walk away with the prestigious trophy of Mod Nats Track Attack champion.
Also outside you can ‘get involved’ or watch mates battle for the ‘bragging rights’ on the rolling road. How about exchanging BHP for dB with the Hertz audio arena and dB drag racing. Hear some of the UK’s finest ICE cars do what they do best, or enter the dB challenge. Add this altogether with the Live stage and ‘Body Rocking Girls’ car wash and you will be hard pushed to find time to get to all the great indoor action.
The entertainment just gets better as you stroll through the halls. There’s a huge array of exhibitors offering some of the hottest show deals, the top 25 show cars from across the UK and a jammed packed stage that will host the Miss Modified Nationals babe competition. If you think this completes the hot indoor action then you are mistaken as once again Mod Nats brings indoor karting to the masses. Grab your helmet and strap in for a whole weekend of tarmac scrapping kart fun.
However the days don’t finish at 6pm, because as the sun go down the night mayhem begins. With 3 rooms of live performances from After Dark Dj’s including Slipmatt, Stevie Gee and tons more of the country’s hottest dj talent. Lined up with Dub Z, Council Kids, Phear Phace, Baggafilth, Scott SOS, Nemzy are Kiddfectious, the massive Alex Kidd, Klubfiller, James Rigby and Pete Mobey. Be sure to have your water bottles filled for two epic nights of clubbing Mod Nats style.
