I want a refund!
I was extremely disappointed by this event.
Hardly any of the main stage acts turned up on saturday and even less on sunday.
The set lists they were selling at £3.50 each were full of errors which caused me and my friends to miss some of the acts we really wanted to see.
On the sunday they continued to sell the set lists even though it was obvious there was errors on them.
Also on the sunday they started letting people in for free which is a complete insult to all of us that paid to attend this shambles.
It says on the website that there would be a bar in the campsite and there wasnt and we werent allowed to take alcohol into the campsite.
I paid to see the acts that were advertised on the website and I did not get what I paid for.
As there is no contact information on the website I ask all of you that feel the same way as I do to tell watchdog how you feel, we all deserve a refund and the more of you that write to watchdog the better our chances are of getting one!

If you've paid by paypal using any method, or with a ticket agent (using a credit card ONLY) you may have the right to issue a chargeback for the cost of the ticket.

Although I'm sure there is in the fine print that they are allowed to change the line-up, the absence of more or less every headline act is completely different from an alteration as it is more like cancellation.

Personally, I enjoyed myself, however I can understand where you're coming from, so it's only fair you have the above information.

No. I was asked as a Pro Spotter to be there, which is why I said I enjoyed myself.

I do however completely understand that those who paid would clearly feel upset that:
a) they didn't see who they paid to see
b) they bought merchandise that was inaccurate, or out-of-date, yet was still on sale
c) paid up to £90+ b/f for VIP camping when others could go for free, or the cost of a ticket to the Opera House. Where was the VIP area?

My colleague and I were on the guest list but our partners came along with us and paid full price for a weekend camping pass. Graham and I couldn't really complain as we didn't pay but our girlfriends were really disappointed with the event and said it wasn't worth the money they paid for it, which I totally agree with.. It wasn't worth £80 + spending for the weekend.

I do agree that refunds should be offered to paying customers!

I Paid £73... And For What?!..... A Poor Line Up!! They Ended Up Closing Fusion Arena Because Not Enough People Could Cover The Main Stage And So Fusion Ended Up On Main Stage Along With A Few Hardstyle Acts!

I Was Totally Disappointed... And After Talking To A Few Mc's & Dj's They Totall Agree That All Weekend Paying Customers Should Get A Refund Or At Least A CD Pack To Compensate Our Losses.

The Dj's And Mc's Who Did Show Up Or Who Weren't Cancelled Did A Cracking Job. Thumbs Up To You Guys! But The Organiser Of The Event Has Let Us All Down. For What Was There, It Was Over Priced And Over Rated. I Was Fuming When I Found Out If You Brought A £10 Over Party Ticket Then You Get A Free Weekend Ticket?! What A Fuckin JOKE!!! £73 I Pay... To Find Out Hours Later I Could've Saved Myself A Whole Load Of Money!! Pffft!!

I Find It Hilarious There's No Contact Details!! How Convenient!! Ha!

Other Then That... Big Up To Marc Smith, Pikey, Marg eg, Cally & Juice, Gammer, & Sqaud-e... Enemy, Static, Shocker, Whizzkid, Storm, Skatty.. And A Few Others Who Made My Weekend Stompin!! =)

xXx

I have posted on another thread my feelings about this, however i'd just like to add, it was sooooooo nice to NOT have all the big 'favourite' dj's/ mc's rammed in your face all weekend and gave some of the others a chance to shine even brighter! Was also great to have had the fusion tent moved/ closed and the remainder that had not been cancelled smash it up on the main stage, in the open air on a sunday daytime! :) :)
