EVERYONE GOT HAMMERED, GOT ALONG WELL AND HAD A TOP TIME SO THATS ALL GOOD!

Overall it was a reasonable success and everyone seemed to have an excellent night. Despite all the positives there were negatives as well and I have definitely picked up on these:

* Due to the very hectic and rushed day, I didnt get everything set up and everything wasnt quite in place as to how it was supposed to be.

* The number of people was good, any less it might have been a problem, about 10 or 20 more - perfect, anymore than that and again there might have been a problem. So think it was just about right.

* I did realise there was quite an age gap between people and particularly boys vs girls, also a few more girls than boys. I will DEFINITELY work on this for next time but some of this was caused by other invitees not turning up or not being able to make it.

* Lastly the music wasnt quite how I wanted it to be. Due to my hectic start and 3 other DJ's not playing also bit of a lack of system in the set times/music played, it wasnt quite perfect.

Apart from all of that the crowd and atmosphere was good, the set up (what I did manage to do was quite impressive), the layout was perfect, the lighting and sound system absolutely fine and having a doorman was a definite plus!

The main reason I'm telling all of you this is because IM HAVING ANOTHER PARTY (oh yes, you better believe it, its all happening again and very soon), also so you can see that I have recognised what went right and what went wrong, to make sure I do my best to get it ALL right next time.

Just a quick note then, its all very provisional and by far not confirmed but it is my birthday at the end of the month and I am planning to have a party around that time - WATCH THIS SPACE!

SPECIAL MENTION - To the two groups who came down from Tadley near Basingstoke for the party. Nice one guys n girls - it really was great to see you all there! AND the two groups from Fareham as well (not quite as far as Tadley but still worth a mention) - spank you to Seb and Flo for getting those groups organised! Oh (sorry this message will end soon) AND to Craig for doing the majority of the DJ-ing!
