This is a daytime event (e.g. starts late morning or early afternoon - see below for times).



The event will start Castle Fields & Southsea Common on Sunday 1st June

There are 2 races 11:00am and also 15:00

(get there an hour before to join in the mass warm up with some funky choons)
To prevent congestion we strongly recommend you use public transport
Run or walk, hop, skip WHATEVER YOU LIKE 5KM maybe even dress up to add some fun to it.

Teams of up to 10 people can join together too.

Online sponsorship form too can mean less hassle!

Bring the lads and friends not taking part on the day to offer support!

There will be medals and goody bags for all who complete the race, A local Radio Station will be covering an event.

Make sure you bring some water although water will be supplied at the end.
(we don't want you getting dehydrated!)

Please try to attend, join in or sponsor for this worthy cause!!

To prevent congestion the use of public transport is highly recommended. The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea (signposted from there less than 10 minute walk)
