This is a daytime event (e.g. starts late morning or early afternoon - see below for times).

Madman & Punchfunk Present:

"24 hour DJ"

A completely unique one off event joining a number of local promotors together and featuring a sponsored 24 hour non-stop DJ set.

Kicking off on Thursday August 28 at 8PM, the event "24 hour DJ" will run until 3AM on Saturday August 30.

The Schedule:-

Thursday 28 August 8PM: Filth DJ's including Junior Gee & Matt Berry

Midnight will see the start of the 24hour set. Entry £5 (100% of the door charge will go to our affiliated charity)

Doors close at 3AM but the DJ will continue.

Friday 29 August: At midday The DJ will move downstairs (Whilst the music keeps playing!) and play a variety of downtempo & older music. A nice mellow afternoon!

Entry is Free and to add a bit more value, the drift bar will be running a "2 for 1" promotion on all food, so bring a friend down for lunch!!!

At 6PM downstairs, The 24 hour DJ will start to get everyone in the party mood welcoming the massive southcoast party boys SUMO to the event. The 24hour set will move upstairs at 9PM making way for the SUMO DJs to keep the party vibe going till 1AM.

Upstairs, at 9PM, we welcome the kings of portsmouth underground CARTEL. The 24 Hour DJ will finish his/her marathon with a 3 hour warm up from 9-12 paving the way for CARTEL resident Tommy Mundell and the ever popular Dave Robertson to finish the event.

Door entry will be £5 for the friday after 7PM (again 100% will be going to charity)

Our affiliated charity will be "Tools for self reliance". They are a fantastic charity that operates by refurbishing old tools and taking them out to Africa to help some of the poorest people in the world become more self sufficient. This is not like giving a 10er too a corrupt government and seeing about 10p go to the people who need it. Quite the reverse, operating in this way allows the charity to triple the value of your donation and take it directly to the neediest people.

Please give anything you can, even if it's only a £, every bit helps!!!

Together we can really make a difference, and the best bit is that we can do it by partying!!! So please come down, we're gonna have a right laugh and do some good all at the same time!!! Not to mention the music that we've got lined up too!!!

See you there.
