Preview: Alan Fitzpatrick & Hev Stilet Hoe @ *ERROR*
The clock is ticking as we count down the days until the next *ERROR* at Drift Bar. With each event getting bigger and better, we prepare for the 30th May where we are joined by the mighty Alan Fitzpatrick and Hev Stilet Hoe!.....
Alan Fitzpatrick is an experienced DJ and Producer from Southampton, who has been rocking dance floors around the world for several years, with sounds that not only captivate, but also intoxicate and dominate senses!
Alan originally started out playing techno and hard dance around the globe, having international success with his record label (Brain Damage/BDR) and sharing a collection of over 40 original releases and remixes with his good friend and co producer Dave Robertson. Alan's current style of unique underground house focuses around the groove and the ability to get people dancing, with swooshing synths and driving baselines!
Alan is now regularly back in the studio working on new material, with hot tracks such as ‘Wasps in Waders’, ‘Someone’s Wrecked My Car’ and ‘This Ones For You’ being largely supported by the top jocks, including Zabiela, Fanciulli, Digweed, Sasha and Garnier!
This year is set to be a big year for Alan as his DJ diary fills up, a number of releases planned; a live set in the making and his recently launched his new record label, 8 Sided Dice Recordings. This is no better time for the man of the moment to make his *ERROR* debut!
We are also joined by local Southsea lass Hev Stilet Hoe, who has recently emerged from the alternative scene! Hev currently hosts her own monthly hit night PhatNDirty, like *ERROR* supports a variety of local established and up and coming talents. Be prepared for Hev’s noisy electro tinged techno sound!
But don’t forget the stellar residents The Cubists, Rogue State, Philthy Phil and Queen of Flange, all of which put the icing well onto the cake, with more musical muscle than Mr Muscles himself, dropping all shades of breaks/tech-house/acid-house/electronica! This will no doubt be another hit at Drift, so no excuses not to get down to this juggernaut of a night!
