This article is about Goodgreef NW - 1st in a series of 4 Special events in 2008 @ 53degrees in Preston (UK), Sat 01 Mar 2008
As mentioned your next two performances for Goodgreef are a little more special than others you’ve made in the past, if people don’t already know both the Preston and Cardiff gigs on the 1st of March is the launch of your new world album tour ‘Supernaturalistic’ what can you tell your fans about this album and what should the listeners expect to hear from it?
First of all this album is also going to be my debutalbum. People can expect a variety of genres on the album covering Housy/minimal stuff, techno, tech trance, progressive and trance with a clear SVD mark throughout the album.
The 1st of March is a busy night for yourself, what are you looking forward to the most about the night?
It’s definitely going to be a busy night but I’ve got a lot of new stuff to play out which I’m really looking forward to as well as the whole weekend being the album launch in the UK what makes it even more special for me.
Tell us more about your GG Preston set being recorded live and streamed via your website, how did that come about?
We got in contact with a company called Self Cast that approached us as a first to this new way of streaming. Basically they’ve created a platform on the internet to broadcast an event live with both audio and visual. So in other words the set I’ll play in Preston can be watched live at selfcast.com
You’ve now been a strong force in the Trance scene for quite sometime, every week you’re playing main stage somewhere new do you still get the buzz you use to when you first started.
Absolutely and to be honest I’m even enjoying it more than I did before since I don’t have the stress anymore to prove myself as a newcomer. It’s great to see that more and more people are getting familiar with my tracks and sets and also the amount T-shirts with my name on it I see people wearing. I don’t think that buzz is going to wear off anytime soon if it ever wears off.
As on every ones mind its fast approaching the summer, people are already thinking about where there going for there holidays, Ibiza being a main destination for clubbers. Can you tell us a little bit more about any special events that you’ve got planned for the summer and what your looking forward to the most over the coming months?
This summer is going to be the busiest yet for me with 11 dates in Ibiza with Judgement, Cream and Tiesto and already a lot of dates pencilled for festivals and tours. For the coming months though the focus is going to be mainly on the album tour but I’malready working overtime in the studio producing new tracks for the summer.
Which up & coming talents are you support at the moment?
I’m a big fan of Re-Ward and Marcus Schossow at the moment and also Bart B More is doing some amazing producing at the moment.
Do you have any other message for the Goodgreef faithful?
Hope to see you next Saturday!
