i bought a bounce Cd and love them usic and mcs being a hardcore boy iam aware that vibealite run this party and that there is a hardcore room next door


my mate said that Bounce is not a scouse house night so what is the music iam listning to?
is hardcore popular with the folks in the main room

No your not stupid, it can get very confusing.

As far as i know, "bounce" is mostly used to describe bouncy hard house, (almost a sub genre of hard house these days) but at the same time people also use it to describe scouse house, so it gets very confusing. Also to be fair, their isn't really any difference between some bouncy hard house, and some bouncy scouse house, so that adds to the confusion even more, however bouncy scouse house usually has mc's over it, while bouncy hard house doesn't. Most of the time, where in the country a person comes from will usually depend on what their perception of "bounce" is.

So, if you've got any Cd with MC's on, its most likely scouse house. Your mate is wrong because Bounce Heaven is more of a scouse house night, thats why, if the CD you've got is a recording of a Bounce Heaven event, it's got MC's on it. (unless i'm missing something) But again, no doubt there's some bouncy hard house played there along with it, as some of the tracks will border so closely it'll be hard to classify them.

Tell me about it, i don't know that much about scouse myself tbh, tbh the best way to think of it is "fuck it" if it mix's together, who cares what pigen hole its in, just enjoy the music.

Sort of, a lot of hardcore events have scouse as another room, and you usually fine alot of people like both styles.
