We call her the Princess - but in fact she is the queen of the Upper Thames. The Caversham Princess was built in 1982 in Hull and is the flagship of Thames Rivercruise - indeed there are those who say she is the flagship of all modern Thames riverboats.

Her facilities as a prestigious cruiser are second-to-none. Her fully equipped galley can provide a la carte gourmet meals for up to 70 people, and lavish buffets and receptions for up to 140. At 75ft long with a beam of 17ft she has ample room for the most ambitious of events.

The Princess has hosted everything from simple parties up to the most outrageous theme parties - all in complete comfort, together with weddings and anniversaries.

On a more serious note she is the ideal venue for company meetings, conferences and marketing promotions, with full facilities, including 240 volt power, to run videos, projectors, computers and ancillary equipment. We have trained staff who can be on hand to host your event and make sure it goes as smooth as silk. The Caversham Princess is fully centrally-heated, carpeted and fitted to a superb standard, complete with fully stocked bar, radio and telephone communications, PA system and can accommodate any kind of musical entertainment from disco to live bands.
