Roll up roll up its VOODOO TIME!!! The event of the month is back and what a hard act to follow from last month! Rammed was not the word, I don’t know about the garden being an excuse for more people the club is going to need another floor! I think all the beautiful people in the south were at Voodoo last month, and if you were not there why not!! As Voodoo’s go this was a monumentus success, seriously good fun, seriously sexy and seriously house… and that’s serious! The doors opened at 10pm to a queue of about 50 and they came flooding in, by 2330 we were at the old capacity of 300, and you kept coming the flow of people was unbelievable. Keith Newman came in around 1am and he could not believe it, I think it went something like, “where the hell did all those birds come from” LOL Sinnetti started the night with a sublime warm up, I asked him to go straight at it and he was excellent, even though I forgot to let him know everyone had to give up 30 mins he juggled his tracks and finished so Kenners could get on and sprint right from the start! You have to check out the Voodoo forum and look at the pictures, there is one of Kenners smashing the crowd, and that was at midnight!!! Alex Schmitz got on and did his thing, and blew me away again. Everyone was crawling up the walls and going mental, I remember thinking “This is what it’s all about! Finally we are getting there, I love this fucking place” I think clubbing is full of good people, there is an element of bad but focus on the good, and Voodoo last month was all good!!! Keith was finally pulled away from the bar and pushed onto the decks and he finished off with the best set he has done so far, awesome work feller, all of you were blinding! Special thanks to our Voodoo Virgins Rose and Natski, they were hot dam hot working with Keith and his crew last month was a stroke of genius, cant wait to see what they do this month!!! Speaking of this month… July 5th Featuring Disciples of Sound Dave Oldershaw Dom Harper Dom is the man in the middle, sorry no DJ photos, he is so Green!!!
