Dr Psy

Preaching to his pilgrims from the pioneer pulpit, the warped individual known as Dr Psy surveys his patients with the hungry eyes of one who has gazed into the abyss of twisted psytrance beats, and knows he can take matters that bit further… Rarely seen without his coterie of demonic doctors and psychedelic nurses, his surgeries are renowned for their relentless power, dragging even the most jaded of late night reveller back to the dance floor and exhorting them to find and use the last vestige of energy remaining in their tired, sweaty bodies.

I have been mixing since I was 16 years old, moving through a wide range of genres - though mainly playing sets of breakbeat, techno, drum and bass and house. My tunes always consist of high energy beats, from the cheesiest of house to some well twisted DnB - with proper enthusiasm behind the decks too Smile I've been lucky enough to play alongside some wicked DJs; Mark EG, Orpheus, Lab 4, Captain Tinrib, Chris Liberator and Robosapiens to name a few and have recently done a breaks radio show for Dead Famous records on iBreaks.co.uk.
