Supafly eclectic party tune throwdown to jump start the weekend. The WERK Soundsystem returns to Revolution Reading on the last Friday of every month. We will take you on a musical mystery tour starting with soul and reggae to soothe away the pains of the week and will then build it up until you're throwing sideways shapes to dirty-assed party house music at 1 in the morning. WERK is not hung up on a type of music. You are likely to hear everything from Stevie Wonder to Audio Bullys, from Mylo to Grace Jones. It's about damn fine party music from any era.
