Hot and sweaty
Almost was a non event for me due to multiple sickness of the friends I was going out with. Started off the evening thinking it wasn't going to happen and would just end up in a local pub in Wokingham. As it happened, alcohol tends to be a good cure for feeling crap and by 10:30pm, we were getting changed and heading for the station. Turned up at Revolution around 11:30 and had missed the deadline for the guestlist and had to wait about 30 mins to get in.
The music around that time was great with a very lively atmosphere, everyone bouncing around like loons! It was impossible to handle the dance floor for mor than a couple of tracks due to it being totally packed and SOOOO hot!! The amount of broken glass, cigarette ends and god knows what else that kept sticking to the bottom of my shoes, did get more than a little annoying.
Ended up leaving around 2am when the music took a real downturn. The breaks between tracks were too long and then when they did come on, you could see everyone finding it hard to get in to.
There were some lovely looking ladies there, which really helped distract from the heat.
All in all an ok evening, but a bit of a let down with the intense heat on the dancefloor.

The place does get quite warm! I think I made the right decision going to Mango as it isn't so hot there, and more space for some crazy dancing.

I totally agree on the heat in there - it ruined what could have been a really good night! They need to sort that out for the next one!!! :o(

Having you and your lovely sister looking as good as you did, definitely didn't do anything to lower the temperature in there. I'm sure I can speak for most of the men in there on that one! :o)

Got a bit of a Work thing on Sat, but may try and get to Reading afterwards and get the last train to Basingstoke at about 12am.
