Almost was a non event for me due to multiple sickness of the friends I was going out with. Started off the evening thinking it wasn't going to happen and would just end up in a local pub in Wokingham. As it happened, alcohol tends to be a good cure for feeling crap and by 10:30pm, we were getting changed and heading for the station. Turned up at Revolution around 11:30 and had missed the deadline for the guestlist and had to wait about 30 mins to get in.
Despite the hot and sweaty dance floor, Simone was looking good, so between her and Clare, there was always someone nice to look at an the dancefloor. The general oppinion of the music late on in the evening around 2am was pretty poor. Nobody was really getting in to it and the delays between had everybody milling around on the dancefloor like spare parts.
Glad to have made it, talk of a second attempt at getting everyone out together, means I'm hopeful for a better turn out and less illness for round 2!
