Lords of the dance UNDERWORLD are the latest live legends to join the all-star line up at Creamfields 08  Renowned for their groundbreaking live sets and leading the 90’s dance revolution the band perform live on Sunday 24th August alongside the crème de la crème of the globes hottest bands and superstar DJs. 

Underworld are true dance music pioneers, spearheading the movement as we know it much like Creamfields has internationally. Karl Hyde and Rick Smith are the duo behind the eponymous Underworld – one of the biggest selling dance acts of all time who launched from clubland into worldwide acclaim when they penned the booming trademark song of film Trainspotting; ‘Born Slippy’.

Underworlds euphoric soundscapes were catapulted into the mainstream over 10 years ago and they have relished their live shows ever since selling out gigs all over the world and remixing for the likes of Depeche Mode, Bjork, St Etienne, Sven Vath, Simply Red and Leftfield.

Them playing Born Slippy last time at Creamfields is one of my all time highlights after 7 Creamfields!!
