After having to cancel my plans to attend 4/5 clubs acorss the UK over the bank holiday weekend, I was FAR from disappointed when DJs SC@R & UPLIFT called me up to come to the sunny old Isle Of Wight for the weekend! What a weekend it was too!!
As you will see from the photo galleries, there was all sorts.. from horses to gnomes and cows to carousels!! Random.. yet awesome!
It was a pleasure playing host to my friends and fellow hardcore addicts SC@R & UPLIFT, and we managed to take in a few sights.. do a few quieter things around the Island, before hitting the town hard on Saturday night!
It was made even more interesting by the fact it was MODs weekend, and the Isle Of Wight had been invaded by over 8000 scooterists!
We took in a hearty meal in Newport at The George, before meeting up with DJ NEMESIS and his lovely lady friend, and being joined by my gorgeous girlfriend (Steph), where upon we drove to Ryde and the onslaught began!
We worked our way through town in true Isle Of Wight style, starting at the top of Union Street and working our way down the hill, calling in a number of pubs anlong the way!
A truely memorable weekend was had by all, and finished well with a very HUGE & HEARTY cooked breakfast, before I had to dash out to undertake a quick shoot of the MODs 8000 scooter ride out!
As I am wrioting this, SC@R & UPLIFT will be making their way home after a day of leisurely sightseeing and seeking out "THE MUSHROOM" lol! (LONG STORY!)

Was a wicked weekend.

you forgot to incude the breakfast fit for a king in your review! I dont think i have ever seen so much fry up before in my life! i will def put up our photos of it! I have placed the gnome in our garden, waht good memories and our sand cat in our bathroom. I think we did everything u can imagine to do on a weekend! Cant wait to get there for in a few weeks time!
I looked at my timetable and i cant book it as a holiday :( but i think that firday has a sick day phone call! see u on the 15th babe!

Can;t wait hun.. I'll book the venue now.. and we will show the younguns how to do it eh.. as for birthday plans.. where had you in mind hun??
