beeZwax fill the cocktail lounge......again!!!!
The music in this room was an eclectic mix of house, us garage, hip hop, r n b and a smattering of Drum and Bass. The addition of a chance to win a holiday to Ibiza certainly added to the frenzy in the cocktail lounge.
The night kicked off with Bob-e-luv, and was followed by b! and Mr ben with their legendary 4 deck mixing. It was great to see people surrounding the decks to watch Mr Ben scratch his magic!!
The main room was truly rocking with Jaymo and Barney playing an amazing set. I really dont think I have seen a night like it there in a long time!!! The amount of people jumpin, dancin, and lovin the music was a sight to be seen!!!!
Sam and Reno in the third room managed to keep it packed all night too... which just goes to show that Batchwood really do know how to throw a great party.
The different styles in each room kept everyone happy and gave you different options throughout the night which is a brilliant idea.....
Looking forward to the next bank holiday bash at the end of May already!!!!

thanks to everyone, especially liz at batchwood for organising events there and for picking the winner - congratulations to helen elmer 8-)
really happy to do the third room again and glad the whole club was such a success. loving the accapellas jaymo (and the wind instrument barney!) - nice to see you boys with a free hand in the main room. only saw sam in room 2 for literally a couple of minutes but the crowd were loving the R&B so keep it up.
for all you non-believers that still think batchwood is for losers (or think that you're too old!) then please give it a chance on the next bank holiday - you might surprise yourself 'cos good music is good music after all and all the old faces come out of the woodwork for a long weekend........saturdays are pretty good these days as well.

Didn't get to check out the Cocktail lounge but heard it went off. The main room was more rocking than I've ever seen, ever. Best crowd we've had in for as long as I can remember, and the tunes...

No Lucy though...Lucy?

Anyone like the podium girls? oh my!

End of the night tune - Hardrive's "Deep Inside". Just about sums it up.

Til the next one folks.
