beeZwax swarms radio days.....
This event was perhaps a little quieter than some of the recent beeZwax events at Radio Days have been, but none the less hopefully everyone had a fantastic night. The beautiful weather we had made the event more fun early on with the garden full by about 6.00pm.

The evening started with Timo Mort and Jason Claret keeping it chilled so we could all relax. Alex T warmed things up a little later with some impressive funky house... for a dj who was nervous at the start he really played a blinding set. As the evening moved on the legendary Nathan Hodgson took over the decks and continued the house theme, but added in some great funk and disco, which really seemed to go down well with the older of us among the crowd!!! Rounding off the night was b! who pulled out his usual brilliant mix of house, breaks, us garage and a smattering of hip hop so that everyone's taste in music was catered for.

The new beeZwax cocktail seemed to go down well, and it was great to see at least a few people making the effort for the 'headwear' theme. Doodle boppers and hats seemed the most popular route, but a small group turned up in some fantastic wigs which was much appreciated.

All in all, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and there was a nice friendly atmosphere to the place. All I can say is that it's a shame there are no more bank holidays until August!!!
